Co-creation Stakeholder meeting Rwanda
IF Consulting uses similar tools to design capacity building and co-creation sessions with its clients. This includes the 8 Elements of Design (see Pillar 1- link here) to align the capacity building directly with the anticipated change and needs of the participants. IF Consulting also regularly conducts co-creation meetings to involve key stakeholders in the design of programs and strategies and build consensus. IF Consulting uses small group activities, large group work and flip charts for in-person co-creation meetings and capacity building sessions, and Zoom break out rooms, Mural, and Google Jamboard for virtual co-creation and capacity building sessions.
